At GlobeStore.com, returns are easy! You may return new, unused, resalable items for a refund or exchange with NO restocking fees. Contact our support team for orders between October 10 - December 31 and return your items up to January 31, 2025. Orders outside this special promotional period can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new in their original product packaging. We will credit you for the total purchase price of the item upon receipt of your return. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
ExchangesWant to exchange your item? Easy! Place an order for the item you are exchanging for and follow the return instructions above for your originally ordered item. How to Package & Send Returns
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Inside the box, please include the RMA packing slip issued to you by Customer Support. On the outside of the box, write the RMA number and the appropriate return address, both of which will be provided to you upon contacting us. Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped with methods that allow the package to be traced and the credit process much quicker.
